The food was good but not worth the price. For 4 people it was $130. That was just meals and drinking water. Place was nice and good atmosphere.

Very impressed with the Louisiana Lagniappe. We had an excellent server that we ended up getting into conversation with later in the meal. We arrived about 8:30 for dinner. I had the Pecan Grouper which was excellent. My wife had grouper topped with crab meat and lemon butter garlic sauce which was one of the evening specials. She enjoyed this... More

My family and I visited Louisiana Lagniappe while on our Orange Beach vacation. The first thing we noticed was the phenomenal service given to us. Our waters were topped off promptly after our glasses became empty and our server was very knowledgeable of the menu. Along with that, the food was certainly some of the best of our vacation. The... Wasn't sure what to expect after seeing the pictures of white table cloths--which I love-- but this was a beach vacation. After a brief tiff with hubby on collared shirt versus tee, it doesn't really matter. While it appears formal inside, everyone is very casual and sun kissed. However, the food is top notch and could be considered a $$$$$... More

I was a little skeptical of this restaurant simply for the fact that I am from Louisiana and was on vacation in Alabama. Man was I surprised. The food was excellent. It rivaled some of the food I have had in New Orleans and other venues. I had the Seafood Lagniappe (Gulf Grouper) and it was cooked to perfection. We... More

Great atmosphere right on the marina. Dimly lit and nicely furnished, this place brings a bit of elegance and offers something different from the casual seafood cafes. Louisiana Lagniappe was chosen as a date night for my husband and me on our last vacation to Orange Beach. The menu was impressive and very delicious. The wait staff was very friendly,... More

We have been hearing about this restaurant since we bought a place in Orange Beach. Finally got it together to go. We were there early (about 6 on a Saturday night) due to our small children, but by the time we left it was absolutely packed. Lots of kids, though the ambiance is more upscale than a typical family place.... More

We went in with friends. For a fine dining restaurant, this place doesn't fit the bill. Food was average. Facility is worn and aged. Carpet old and musty. Really needs a remodel.

This place is fancy and expensive, but, the food is the best you will get. My wife had the Maine Lobster and they were large and great. I had the Shrimp Etouffee. We live close to south Louisiana so we have traveled all over the bayou's to eat. I have never had better Etouffee. The grandchildren had chicken strips and... More

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores area and was surprised how hard it was to find dining on the water. Glad we found this place. It was our last night in Orange Beach and we wanted to end our stay on a high note with a special dinner. Louisiana Lagniappe delivered. The service was great(loved our waiter)... More
