Generic Italian food.

Franco's serves all the popular Italian items you would expect. The food is always consistent, sauces are good and service friendly. The bar is large and accommodate a lot of people if tables are not available. They are pricey for what they are, but it's a beach town and it has a steady flow of... read more

We did seafood a lot during our week long stay, so Franco's was a nice change of pace. The bread and salad are absolutely delicious, as were our entrees. My friend ordered grouper (she loves seafood), but it was Italian style and tasted fantastic. I ordered the meatballs with red gravy. It was also right on target with good spices... More

Service was great. Bread and salad was the best part. The rest of the meal was VERY bland. Felt like I was fed chef- boy- arde. Didn't eat half of it. Went back to the salad and bread. I'd find an olive garden.

A friend said they had the best meal of their gulf vacation at Franco's. So we had to go, right? I ask "what's the one item that you're known for?" And I ordered the seafood pasta recommended. It was tasty but had 5, count em, only 5 shrimp in it. And 4 of the 5 still had the tails attached!... More

I ate here on vacation with my family. It was my moms turn to pick and she choose this resturant. I wish we would have looked at the menu before going in not cheap. My mom and I where going to share the lasagna but since there was a charge to share we didn't. We ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks.... More

We went there as a family of six adults, a few of whom will sometimes share a meal because they are not big eaters. First thing we see is the $7.99 shared plate fee, which honestly, was a bit high for a family style salad and bread. We chose to order pizza as the only way to really avoid it.... More

Franco's has great Italian food and including some seafood dishes such as grouper piccata & shrimp Parmesan. The seafood pasta was great. I love their Italian salad served family style. Delicious appetizers include stuffed mushrooms.this is a great place for couples or families.

My fiancé and I went to Franco's while vacationing in Orange Beach. I ordered the lasagna and my fiancé ordered the chicken parmigiana. The sauce was bland and tasted like puréed canned tomatoes without salt or seasoning. The dish was soupy and lacked pasta. The service was okay. I definitely wouldn't return or recommend the restaurant.

We visit every trip and this year it didn't seem as good. The salad is wonderful(should have just gotten the larger version of it). Bread is great and our server was excellent. The pasta dishes were "ok". Chicken parm, build your own fettuccini Alfredo and seafood Alfredo were all good but nothing out of the ordinary. It is nice to... More

Enjoyed the Italian Seafood Platter. The restaurant was packed but the staff were friendly and customer service was great!
