We ate twice at Live Bait during our 5 night stay at OB. Both times we were happy w/ the food and service. The second time we came right before closing and they were still happy to serve us. The seafood nachos were especially good along w/ the gumbo. more

I guess you could say that a visit to Live Bait is a family tradition. We always eat there on our family vacations. In the past years they had a special for children to pay according to their weight, but we found that this no longer exist. Also, Live Bait II is now just a karaoke bar, and dance floor.... more

We just got home from ten days at Orange Beach and we did visit Live Bait Wednesday afternoon. It was not our first choice, but it was the closest to our condo location and we were starving. We do not have a complaint at all regarding this restaurant. We enjoyed our dining experience and it was actually our best meal... more

I visited this restaurant with 5 friends. The service was UNBELIEVABLY slow, the waitress was rude and unfriendly, the cook was overwhelmed. It took over an hour to get our food, the order was incorrect and half the order was not there. The food that did arrive tasted like frozen ,over fried food.. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! more

An almost perfect vaction in Orange Beach was nearly ruined by one night at this restaurant. We were there on Thursday night, May 18th. The waitress was so rude to my friends and my husband.
