We got there early and they were already ready very crowded. Fortunately a bar table for two was available and we were happy. Our waitress was great and the whole staff accommodating. My husband had the grouper grilled with the potatoes and spinach. I opted for the pasta puttanesca and order the side salad with the balsamic vinegarette... and I... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Big Fish Restaurant. The service/hospitality was wonderful and the food was fabulous. We started with the Fire Cracker Shrimp and we knew immediately it was going to be a great dining experience. My wife ordered the Big Stir Fry with Blackened Grouper and it was wonderful. I went with the Holy Shrimp! and again,... More

The restaurant is larger than it looks from the outside and its the off season so seating was not a problem. We stopped in for dinner while on a weekend Anniversary trip to the gulf and we both ordered seafood dishes. Our food arrived promptly and was very good. Our waiter, Tommy did a great job, and we appreciate him... More

I'm less tolerant when people/places don't have it together. Arrive at 4PM looking for fresh local sea food. In the board it lists black Grouper (I order this) and Scottish Salmon(local?, Sweetie orders this). As soon as we order, they scratch both off of the board. 15 minutes later I'm told that they are out of the Grouper and strongly... More

Hi there Rascal Pants-- I'm glad you enjoed the food and the service. I'm trying to figure out why we received a 3 star review when you enjoyed everything. We do carry a large variety of fresh fish. NO one ever said the "Scottish" Salmon was local. We are on the Gulf Coast. There is NO local Salmon. The black... More

I had never heard of "bronzed" sea food, but I really liked it. It is lightly blackened sea food. I had the shrimp po boy and my husband had the white fish. The po boy was very good, just enough seasoning to be tasty. My husband said that the white fish was firm and also very good. The décor was... More

Was not what I thought it would be. It is in a strip mall, but very nice on the inside. Food is pricey, and selection was not that great for kids. Could be alright for dining without kids, but will not wow you with curb appeal

Hi Chris-- Sorry we did not WOW you with our curb appeal. Unfortunately, We are in strip mall and I have no control on what my exterior looks like. Property availabilty is limited in our parts. You make due with what you have. Thanks for noticing how beautiful our place is on the inside. I apologize for not having an... More

Had dinner with wife, niece, and sister in law. Sushi was top notch, especially the chili garlic sashimi. Entrees included Tuna, Mahi, and a steak and all were well prepared and tasty. My go to place for sushi and fish on the island.

My wife and I decided to eat here because of reviews on Tripadvisor. Once again TA was right. This is our second trip to the area but our first time to eat here. Do not be fooled by the location in a strip mall. Inside is a quality restaurant that serves quality food. We personally liked the white paper on... More

Hubs and I decided to go to Big Fish Grill based on the reviews seen on Trip Advisor. We came away unsatisfied and found the meal was not worth the price charged. Hubs had the scallops and I had grilled grouper – the fish of the day. The grouper was $26 – included a smallish-sized piece of fish (4-5 oz... More
