A little Shepards Pie and some Ale

Good sized portions, good sized beer, With friends having fun, we were a little confused about a women's softball tournament of the TV. But hey, we were in Alabama there is a limit to how far Irish goes. But as far as the food was far enough excellent fare.

We enjoyed the experience. We went with new neighbors however he loves different beers and we don't drink beer. Most of the food was fried and heavy on the calorie. We try to eat healthier. Not a fan of bar food, would have loved a healthier alternative.

The service was pretty good, nice and fast. The place looked like it was going to be an authentic irish pub like place... it was lacking some. The Food was decent, mac and cheese seemed to be box/frozen kind. Burger was good. Place needs a slight overhall/renovation to clean it up some. We will pick another restaurant next time we... More

My review is mixed. The food was fine as well as the prices. The bldg. was nice and the staff that I met were great. I just love Irish restaurants. I lived in a town once with a meg O'Malleys that I loved. I visit Destin often and enjoy going to McGuires. Those two are so different, but so good.... More

We have been here several times. If you go Mon-Fri they have a meat and three option for around $8.00. This is a ton of food for a great price. On our last trip, I ordered the grilled fish, green beans, mashed potatoes, and broccoli salad. My fish came out fried, but was good and a huge piece so I... More

Four of us stopped by one night for dinner. The food was quite good and the service was terrific. I had the fish and chips which were quite good and one in our party enjoyed the Irish Stew. I would go here again if I were in the area.

We read the TripAdvisor reviews on this restaurant and decided to go for dinner while staying in Opelika. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips although we are still on the hunt for our favorite fish and chips dinner. The fish is more of a breaded fish but it was crispy and flavorful. The chips were typical. I had a... More

The service was good. I ordered the fish sandwich and it was dripping oil. The food was very greasy. The homemade chips were very over cooked, just a a step down from being burned, but still had the bitter taste. The portions are huge. My husband said his food was good, but nothing special and that is why I am... More

We had a few errands to run Saturday, so we decided to stop by the Bred Pub. As we walked into the restaurant, we ran into friends who had already been served, but invited us to join them. The servers accommodated us as if it was no bother. drinks were brought immediately, food was not far behind. My husband ordered... More
