Great, but closed

I loved eating at Fifth and Main for lunch. They had excellent salads, soups, and sandwiches. Unfortunately, they have closed.

Excellent place to go for lunch. Sandwiches are simple and tasty. Located in the old downtown area across from the Kentuck Museum, you can park, see the attractions and eat lunch. Great location.

Great for breakfast and lunch - they are not open for dinner. Wonderful, attentive service. Will eat there again and can only recommend this place.

We went in on a Thursday night, a little late, we thought! It was crowded but we were seated quickly. The place is in an old building with the usual brick walls and quaint décor. The menu is very short and a bit pricy. About 6 meals plus a nightly special. The appetizer list is also short. However, I believe... More

This small yet quaint lunch spot is great for many reasons! I personally like to go with just a few friends and enjoy the Strawberry, Turkey, Pepper Jam Panni- DEVINE! This location is great for business lunches, catching up with old and new friends, birthday lunches (including parties that consist of several people). The option to dine inside or out... More

Previous reviews are very on target, given dates. We have been there repeatedly over many past months. Restaurant changed hands a couple of months ago, and new owner/cook has a taste for very spicy foods. If that's our taste too, you would enjoy the previously described ambience and intimacy; if not, you'll be disappointed in the changed menu.

Homemade food with special touches. A favorite is the grilled pimento cheese sandwich. Love to eat there.

Unfortunately, I cannot review the food at this restaurant because we never made it that far. We sat in this restaurant for 10 minutes and were never approached by anyone to take our drink order or anything else!

Great little place! Lots of yummy choices on the menu...plenty of salads and sandwiches with daily specials! The lemonade is excellent here and has a special kick so make sure to try it!
