I would rate Dyron's 6/10. Dyron's was recommended to us by our server at Highlands the previous night. Overall, we were not impressed. Nothing was extremely terrible, but it was also not extremely wonderful. The service: Any time that someone in the party utters, "I wonder if we have a server..." after being seated, there is a problem. Unfortunately, it... More

WE returned after a visit two months ago. The place was jammed...on a Wed night.Lots of locals (ie Brookies) there, saying hi to each other, etc! I was there specifically for the West Indies Salad, which was just as good as I remembered! I think next time I go, I'll order a double of that appetizer, I crave it so much.... More

Tonight was an outstanding dinner from start to finish! Appetizers sampled were heirloom tomatoes with watermelon-combo so unique! Fig and peach salad refreshing as well. But the main courses we sampled are not to be missed-fresh Washington state trout-gulf wahoo was yahoo good and the shrimp and grits? Hey y'all what do you expect-Outstanding preparation on a grit mound with... More

Great variety with uniqueness on the menu. Not out of this world and better than average. I truly enjoyed the fried oysters and the fried chicken. Also in a great part of Birmingham in Mountain Brook.

The four varieties of raw oysters were fresh and very delicious. The freshly shredded horseradish was a wonderful surprise. The fried oysters were some of the best we had ever eaten. The breading was light and crispy. It was served with house made toast points, bacon, and arugula. It was amazing. The drinks were good and the bartender was knowledgeable... More

Great place - the biscuits were from scratch and to die for and the oj was fresh squeezed. Little touches like those made our visit even better. The crab appetizer was underwhelming in flavor but plentiful in portion size...the beignets were definitely not New Orleans-good but worth a try. The pork belly and the fried chicken entrees were phenomenal and... More
