Just a breakfast coffee shop conveniently located to the downtown hotels. But the coffee itself was surprisingly good - rich and dark and a big list of options. The food options are smaller (instant oatmeal, bagels) but everything is solid. Service can be slow and lines can be long, don't come if you are in a hurry.

Ordered regular coffee. It was ok but, nothing special. It Took about 20 minutes for guy with hairy underarms to call our number. I didn't think the sleeveless shirt was proper attire for serving food and drinks.

Also had fruit, bagels, muffins scones, etc. This was a funky little coffee shop, with lots of options.

here is the best, try the smoked salmon wrap. We ate here more times than at the hotel and every single thing we had was wonderful

We walked by Serda's a couple of times before stopping. We were a little hungry around lunch, but not terribly so. We were looking for something light and this place seemed to fit the bill. The place always seemed busy, which is generally a pretty good sign. We split a roast beef panini and I had a Mocha Latte. The... More

While downtown at at dance convention, found this place listed trip advisor AND just down the street.. Great panini, wraps, gelato; my teenaged daughter loved the quesadilla, gelato and "hipster vibe"; Sunday am had a mimosa, not watered down. Will absolutely be returning when back in mobile!

A great place to hang out on a rainy afternoon. Very good cappuccino. Nice staff. The gelato looked great, as did the soup of the day and the bar. Comfy, plenty of outlets to plug in the computer. Bustling in a nice way. In the pretty part of downtown Mobile. (Minor things: I would love it if they had honey... More

I prefer non- chain places of business for food and drink and Serda's was a nice find. The service was prompt and the barista had a sense of humor, which is always welcomed. Just dropped by for the coffee and it was very good. There are lots of goodies available.Plus the store was a unique building. Nice!

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Sandwiches are flavorful with some unique combinations. The bottom line is the food is good for a reasonable price. Coffee and tea choices are many and although too full for dessert the gellato looked great.

Granted, downtown Mobile has an extremely limited coffee house scene (limited to serda's and...... I guess you CAN get coffee at pollman's, but come on.) but serda's is always a welcome break to the day.
