Wonderful hole in the wall, where people from the community sit outside with their dogs, and listen to great music.

I read in a southern living magazine that this place had the best burgers in Alabama and they didn't lie! It was kind of weird because it's a bar and I went to eat lunch here but it was worth it!

Had the Ruben sandwich on their St Patricks day street party, good food on a very busy day. Good atmosphere and very friendly.

Callaghan's is a must do in Mobile. Great Burgers, great people and a great building. Callaghan's has the New Orleans funky neighborhood feel that adds much to a burger and beer. Very small and very crowded and usually loud like dining with a big family.

Great good but the service is horrible. We have been sitting here an hour waiting on our food. And no,they aren't that busy....

I always eat here when we come to Mobile. It is out of the way and rich with local characters and friendly people. One of the best burgers in the state and the staff is always quick with service.

Great restaurant any time but Sun. Brunch is exceptional. Not really a "club"-all are welcome at this neighborhood style pub with great burgers and beer. Check out their menu on line and join the satisfied patrons of this "old Mobile" tradition!

Was working in the local area and we heard the burgers here were great so we gave it a go. The guy serving us was friendly and efficient, the food not taking that long to arrive. We ate outside, the older buildings in the area giving a pleasant ambience. The burgers were good, but surprised no fries as a choice... More

Stopped in for an end-of-the-evening beer and found it pleasantly divey and local. And it's set in the fabulous Oakleigh District. Fun spot.

Fantastic trip to Callaghan's. Worth your time/appetite to try the hamburger or Po Boy. Excellent atmosphere. I would recommend this for any casual outing.
