food is a place you should not miss in Malacca. The Restaurant looks more like a Coffee shop than a Restaurant. Simple and clear cut. The owner Mr. Lim is very friendly and the "Chef" Amy knows how to cook! We choice our dishes and Mr. Lim explained every course to us. You have to try the Pie Tee, the... More

Uncle Lim who takes the reservations and orders is particular about doing things in a particular order. He's also gruff over the phone. No brownie points for phone manner but in person he's lovely, helpful and very friendly. Every inch the proud Maitre D'! Lovely to watch someone who's proud of what he's putting in front of his guests. From... More

The place to eat if you are craving for Nyonya Food. You can also meet Amy in person if you are lucky. Simply authentic & delicious. Their interior is simple and minimal but clean. Free flow of rice is served in a thingamajig basket. If there’s you are planning to visit a nyonya restaurant, make sure you have this one... More

Being a nyonya whose hometown is in melaka, i think amy's nyonya food is authentic. Though not the best in my opinion, still a must try! We had kueh pai tee (good!), fried chicken (which was average), ikan goreng chili masin (chili was not satisfactory for me but the fish really fresh and value for money), chap cai, chicken buah... We came in a big group of 23 family members and friends on an organised pre-Chinese New Year shopping trip to Malacca. With most of us having a Perenakan background, it was a no-brainer to be here for our lunch stop. Restaurant was crowded, unsurprising considering its reputation. Staff were busy throughout bringing out dish after dish after dish. We... More

This place serve the best nyonya cuisine in melaka, you have to book in advance to get a table. Their taste is authentic and price is reasonable. Their udang masak nenas has to be the best i ever tried. Their boss Amy is friendly and she share some of the way to cook peranakan food and she herself is the... More

Those who know their Peranakkan food go to Amy's. Of the five dishes we had, the fried fish with sambal was a standout -- fish was done to crispy perfection on the outside but just succulent inside (unlike most crispy fried fish which are dry and hard inside). This is one of few Nyonya places that serve sayur kangkong lemak... More

We went to this nyonya restaurant to test on the foods because of the reviews are good. But, we were very disappointed on the attitude by the uncle boss and get very pissed off! We booked dinner on a Saturday. We went to order a few small/medium portion of the dishes just to taste on the foods given the reviews... More
