One of the most delicious meal here is laksa & satay. I love it! Very beautiful scene at riverside. My family was happy for the staff because they are very friendly.

The only halal place that is near Jonker that catches my buds. It was shortlisted as a place for me to try out when coming here. Was in the car when i saw it (front view), looked abit shady, like is this for real?! Then went on a river cruise then saw it from the back. OMG...i fell in love.... More

We visited on the Malaysian National day. Just as we were fading fast we came across the Dutch Harbour cafe and grabbed a riverside table. The is a lot of variety on the menu nd prices range from Rm18 for a burger up to Rm40 for a steak. The local speciality is Malacca Laksa and is simple and tasty. It... More

Found this little gem on a Saturday afternoon. Good service and tasty food. Lovely fruit juices and smoothies on offer along with both local and western cuisine. Some interesting looking desserts for those of you with a sweet tooth. Located along the riverside, away from the hustle and bustle of Jonker Street/Walk this is a must when visiting Malacca. Enjoy!

We went to Melaka for the first time in January 2014 and the whole experience came as a pleasant surprise for both my husband and I. First of all, for a touristy place, visitors don't get the sense of being harassed and chased by vendors as is often the case in other places. Since we only came to visit for... More

During the past 3 years I have regularly holidayed in Melaka. It is a wonderfully colourful and friendly place. One of the highlights for me has been the Dutch Harbour Cafe. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the food delicious. Whatever kind of cuisine your taste buds are craving, more than likely the Dutch Harbour Cafe will be... More

We came here for lunch and sat by the river in the shade which was lovely, really peaceful. The laksa was delicious (we have had a lot of laksa in Asia) and the noodles were particularly good. The fresh lemon tea was very delicious as well.

Nice food.. nice boss... ask the boss what food would he recommend. Come to this place at night and dine by the river. A night your wife/girlfriend will never forget. The night I was there with my girlfriend, there was only one table left. Though it was full house by the river, the boss managed to spend some time explaining... More

My boyfriend received a frozen pizza for the equivalent of 6euros, we could'nt eat a piece. And me...received a piece of frozen chicken and a kind of gluant rice, so disgusting. Waiting for the bill, the boss was just looking at us and waiting without a word and really didnt care about this situation. Don't waste your time and money,... More
