Great place to chill for dinner

Tucked in the middle of Jonker Street is a chain of restaurants called Eleven. They served nice Portuguese food with good old retro music. Service staff were nice.

We went around Jonker St partly and finally landed at Eleven. We ordered lots of seafood and also chicken. The crab was delicious and mouthwatering. We loved the seafood and had to pack up the chicken to takeaway! The only thing missing in this restaurant is the ambience . There was one waiter and no one to usher us in... More

We ended up here, as many travelers undoubtedly have, because the line at Nancy's was too long, the sun was too hot and we didn't want to wait. Big mistake - this is exactly the reflex this restaurant preys on by being next door. If you're hungry and tired, you're better off at Geographer's just down the road. Or, frankly,... More

The last time I was here, the food was really good. This time around though, I left feeling completely and utterly dissatisfied. First off, there were no staff in sight to usher us to a table. We made our own way to a table and the first thing the wait staff told us upon seeing us was that the food... More

Omg! Amazing food. Ate here twice since it was so good. Both times we weren't disappointed!! Ate here the night we came, surprised, but awesome... Asam prawns has the best sauce ever!! Fried noodles and four angled beans are also not to be missed... Best first and last meals in malacca!

Ate there last night, Don't choose the western menu, it took ages to come, long after the other food, and when it did it wasn't worth eating even though one of the more expensive dishes. A big mistake! The staff were friendly and the iced tea was good.the other food average, nothing special. The evening before we ate in the... More

Ate here last night, was hard to find out who actually was taking the orders for what, the 2 ladies out the front were less impressed when we asked any questions about food or supplying some napkins. Food was average, Im not sure if they were having a bad night?? Ordered 2 veg dishes and these were exactly the same... More

Long queue at Nancy's as usual. We did not want to wait so ended up at this restaurant right next door. Sign on the door says malacca Portuguese food so we decided to give it a try. The Specialty baked fish was ok...though a little too spicy for us. Overalls reasonable value for money
