Pretty good breakfast selection. Their coffee is not bad too! I will never forget their buttery, soft croissants. Ambiance of the place reminds me so much of Bag of Beans in Tagaytay, Philippines. Was supposed to go back for Lunch but hubby wants to try eating somewhere else, will definitely try their laksa on my next Malacca trip. P.s. Downside... More

I like the ambience in the cafe, it's comfortable, although there's no aircond it's cooling inside, we wanted to sit there and chill for the whole afternoon. We ordered Calanthe Laksa, Johor coffee, Perlis coffee and Malacca coffee. We love the laksa, its taste is a mixture of curry, coconut milk and lemongrass. To my liking it doesn't taste very... More

Found this place while walking around Jonker Street, it opens at 830am for breakfast, which is just what we were looking for as our hotel didn't provide breakfast. Tried it the next morning - such a restful ambiance, just great for chillaxing. Food is good - I had roti canai with dhal (ask for chili flakes to go with the... More

The food is pretty good. Try their Nonya Laksa. The gravy is exquisite, the dish is mostly gratifying. I wish they had put in a few morsels of meat/prawn/fish to complete the meal. We also had the nasi lemak, which is pretty good, complete with chicken. Overall a nice hangout place, better than average coffee, not sure about their cheese... More

This is a really arty place with good food and more importantly great service. Standout dish is the claypot emee laksa and drinks were great too. Nice place to hang out.

At first glance the place will instantly catch your attention, decorated with wide array of decorations, this cafe stands out along the street of Melaka. But to me it does looks kinda messy and too complex, but good ambient nonetheless. The menu has lots and lots of choices that they boast to have all the coffees from the whole Malaysia.... More

Such a gem in the back streets of Melaka, the nyonya tofu, banana smoothies, honey iced coffee and laksa are to die for. Must visit in Melaka!

We visited this cafe again since 2012 Sep. Their laksa still tastes very good, in particular with their chili source! I love their ambience and they are very friendly to my young kids, probably because we visited after the busy lunch hours. We even got to buy their chili source after talking to their friendly staff. A nice place to... More

I've been visiting this cafe since 2006 for countless times. I still drop by whenever I visit the historical city. What I like about the cafe is what makes it different from others. It is the 1st and the only 1 cafe that serves different types of coffee from 13 different states in Malaysia. It has great ambience and interestingly... More

i saw the place was rated no 6 and decided to bring a friend for his birthday. it's an a laid back and kind of artzie place. but from my perspective it didn't have charm and the cakes we had did not live up to my expectations. malaysia is not famous for it's cake so maybe i'm a bit harsh... More
