Arrived at the restaurant at 2.15pm. The whole restaurant was packed crowded. Managed to find a table for two of us. Recommended that reservation must be made if you decided to come dine in with family to avoid the long wait. Ordered the day specialty dry chicken curry, chap cai, otak-otak, white rice and 2 cendol. The wait for the... More

My group of 14 were disappointed. Everyone felt that all the food are salty, the soup is diluted and the assam fish has no umph.

I like the food, but i wasn't an expert on baba nyonya's food. This is my first time. But as an newcomer, i think its worth to taste. The only thing that i don't like it here, is the space is quite cramp out. We went there for lunch in a group of 50 pax (we pre-book).

Nyonya food is very tradition and gamous in Malacca. Only Penang & Malacca are famous for this type of dishes, I gfaced a problem when I arrived in Malacca by flight. Imagine this airport is "Malacca international Airport" without taxi kiosk. Luckily, I approached the airport information centre, the personnel do have few taxi-man's phone numbers. Need to call and wait.

We went to Ole Sayang for dinner tonight and it was WOW! We didn't book but it didn't seem to be an issue even though the place was very full. . They found us a table and the service was really prompt and friendly. All the food was amazing. Price was ridiculously low compared to Australian restaurants. There was a... More

Great recommendations include samba kang kong and samba udang. The ayam ponteh or rather all the ponteh are good to miss. Salty!

Brought my guest there for lunch. Overall the taste is just ok and their signature chicken of the day (sort like curry chicken but the gravy much lesser) are too oily. 4 of us, We had Sour Fish (asam fish), signature chicken, sour prawn (asam prawn), stir fried spinach (kangkung belacan) and 4 shaved ice chendol cost us RM155, small... This is one of the better restaurant for peranakan food. Heat in the spicy dishes was just right. Loved their assam fish and sambal prawns

Have not been to this restaurant for years! Deco and food wise about the same, price seems a bit higher, which is expected. The chendol and sambal prawn were Ok, Chincalok eggs are kids favorite, sambal chicken a bit hard so remember to ask for thigh meat. The place got very crowded with tourist at lunch time and they were... More
