Great Food re-visit since old outlet

Visit on 1st August 15. Must try suckling pig, Fried Oyster black noodle, Prawn meat ball, stewed pork with bun and the original teochew yam paste. Worth trying the good food here. It is SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED! So OVERATED. Standard has deteriorated so much compared to their old shop. Service was bad. All our dishes arrived and the last was a vegetable dish which took another hour of waiting. We finished our food and rice already and then enquired about the vege and told them that we would like to cancel it if... More

I had eaten at their old place for the last 15 years every time I am in Malacca, So happy that they shifted to a bigger new store. What a letdown, completely gone case. the dishes were worse than roadside stalls. I felt sorry for the Boss, years of reputation down the drain. I hope he already sold off his... More

This is the first time I finally got a reservation at this restaurant... Was looking forward so much to the food despite being warned by many other friends that standard no longer match the days at Jonker. We ordered braised duck, oyster omelette, oyster noodle, chai-poh kway teow, fried veg, teochew dumpling, ngoh hiang, pork rib braised with bittergourd and... More

Best steam fish! Many interesting dishes. Easy to park. Clean and not the typical classical mass chinese dishes.

1. Prior reservation is required due to limited num,ber of table in the restaurant. 2. Lots of parking lot in their new venue. 3. Restaurant was easily located. 4. Pricing is reasonable for a group of 9 which include BBQ Roasted Piglet, Signature Oyster Noodles, Steam Pomfret Fish in Teochew Style...etc

The new location has more seating capacity, modern and has a nice environment. It's food is still one of the best Teochew food in Melaka. We somehow missed the charm of it previous location but also glad it's easier to secure a booking as they have a bigger premise. Advance booking is a must.

Teo Soon Loong had moved from Jonker St to a bigger air-conditioned premise about 15 mins drive way . The new premise was clean and modern with nostalgia photos of the old restaurant we used to visit . There were elements of the Teochew dialect in their decor which was a nice touch . We went in a group of... More

Our annual visit to this restaurant. We were all not sure what to expect as they have moved to their new premises in Melaka. We ordered the Suckling Pig which was superb! Oyster Noodles, Oyster Egg. Fish Maw Soup. Braised Duck and Or Nee. All dishes we ordered i felt were really good, with the exception of the braised duck... More

We ordered the works since it comes from such pedigree. But I won't be back. Suckling pig. Crispy n tasty. But not so young a pig. Quite big. Unfortunately for them, we hd just had a pig at another restaurant the night before - was v v good, crispy and seasoned better. And RM50 less! So this was a but... More
