Its totally not asam pedas to my taste. I had in the past asam pedas which is totally different. Not bad. Yeah, really. Been here every time I'm in town. Honestly I don't really fond of their asam pedas. I just don't like the taste, the laksa is better! You can try it if you are very curious.But i can tell you, sometimes the roadside dish is better, like fried banana, cendol, ABC and more.

Well, the asam pedas is a lil' bit watery and not that "umph!" like what I had in Johor. The stingray fish served with the asam pedas also not really a fresh one. Pretty hard. I guess it was an old stingray :( Anyway, thumbs up for the prompt service and nice drinks.

I like to taste asam pedas clay pots, it spice and delicious, you can choose some fish of asam pedas like (stingray, jenak, siakap, parang and kembong)

try this asam pedas clay pot after knew it by website that one of the famous place for eating in melaka.we go for dinner.the shops were combine by two shops.crowded by mostly malay,then chinese tourist (maybe like us too). 1 claypot fish serve with a plate of white rice,half piece of salt egg and few of fried cabbage,cost around RM8-9.honestly... I wouldn't say this is the best place to have asam laksa but it's adequate if you are craving for that authentic meal.
