Good food, cosy place

We're lucky we do not need to queue up like some other reviewer. We had what recommended here, pai tee, popiah, Chinese dumpling. All food is up to our expectation. Nothing special though. Worth to give it a try but not if you need to queue up for 30 mins or so.

After reading all the reviews, we very excitedly saved our tummies, ready for a fabulous dinner. We were disappointed. The food was nice but not as fantastic as we'd expected. Thankfully, there was no queue when we went as we went at 5pm. Would have been even more disappointed if we had to wait 30 mins like some of the... More

Very good nyonya food. Expect to queue at busy times (lunch, early evening), as the venue is very popular. Service is also authentic.

Two seperate locals recommended this place, the first time we went, there was a long que, so we went elsewhere and went back the next day for lunch. The Nyonya chicken curry was exceptionally good, we loved it and quite a large portion, which with rice & vegtable served us both. Lovely lime juice, unsugared -delicious. However, there were a... Horrible experience. Don't get served by a fat fat lady. Need to write 100 characters is painfully. Nothing good to write. Don't go.

Loved the homely non-commercial vibe of the place despite being located in Jonker. Service was warm and friendly. The food was authentic and prices were pocket-friendly. Tried: - ayam buah keluak. Lovely. Add a Buah keluak nut for RM2 each. The mushy pungent-alcoholic meat of the nut was sooo good. - kueh pie tee (superb!) fantastic balance of fresh sambal... More

Long queue on school holidays, weekends & PH. Best kueh pie tee eaten ... crispy shell, veg not overcook & best of all the chilli / lime dressing.

It took me 30mins to queue on Sunday. Hopefully their new place will have a bigger space to accommodate all this hungry food lover who are curious with the foods after reading so many reviews. And Yes, it is worth to try as what the reviews said. The dishes feel very homey peranakan taste. For myself as an Indonesian Chinese,... More

Gotta get there early if you want to get a table. I would say that despite the crowd, staff is attentive and orders arrive promptly. Excellent nonya food. If you are a fan of chilli, do not miss their sambal belachan. They will be moving premises in September 2015, so please do check with them if you intend to visit... More

The first time I went to Nancy's for lunch, as with most of the restaurants in Malacca, the interior was pretty much left as it was from the olden days and that is the town's signature charm! As the ground floor was packed, we were led to head up to the first floor where more patrons are slowly filling up... More
