Every trip I made to Melaka this is a must have stop for me. 1 of the better Nonya food I've tasted although its not the best. The Otah is a must try if you are a Otah lover as the fish serving inside the otah is pretty fresh. The shrimp omelette is pretty salty. There's a number of curry... More

My introduction to Nonya food and I was not disappointed. Lovely pork belly with beautiful sauce and great vegetables. I was upstairs and nicely air conditioned. A great meal....

We had lunch at Nancy's kitchen recently. The food was excellent, we enjoyed every morsel. We didn't have to wait very long before the food came out of the kitchen. We also bought some nyonya 'kueh's for afternoon tea which was equally enjoyable. Only regret is that we wished we had found it on the first day of our trip... More

It's our second visit to the restaurant. Food is nice. However, the waiter or waitress are a bit rude, no smiles on their faces. It seems that we owe them millions of dollars. Conclusion, be prepared that being treated rudely or less hospitality, then the mood to enjoy baba & nyonya cruisine won't be spoilt.

I have given a review of 4 stars because I have reserved the 5th star for a family member who is an authentic nonya bibik who really a cooks darn well. That said, Nancy is a strong competitor! The pie tee appetizer made me want to have a lot more than I could handle. Chinchaluk omelette was soft and fluffy.... More

Simple Nyonya food. Servings are small and expensive. Small shop with non-special ambience. Have to queue if you come late. Most of the dishes are spicy. Nyonya Cendol are normal . Popiah and top hat are tasty. A restaurant which can fill you up with common dishes.

This is the worst meal of the trip! We had to wait at the door, outside the air conned area despite 6 kids in tow, with cars zooming by the restaurant door! Others who came after us just walked in and got their own table while we who respectfully stood in line were left out in the cold, or rather... More

This Nyonya food was superb. I tried the chicken candlenut as the Rough Guide recommended, which was very tasty but a bit rich for my sensitive stomach to handle. If I was to do it again, I would prefer eating with a group and sharing dishes (I was alone), including vegetable dishes since the candlenut was only chicken and rice.... More

Although the restaurant is small and in nondescript setting, the food are decent and delicious. We ordered about 10 dishes with beer and drink, the bill was reasonable. Come early else expect to queue. We were unable to order to 2 popular dishes though we were rather early there for dinner at 6pm. The 2 are papaya flower and salted... More
