A warm greeting awaits u at rovers return. Ana is delightful !! As name suggests it is geared up for English tourists which is great as not a Russian in sight !!- not racist comment but they are so vulgar and noisy and mostly drunk!! So a haven from the Russians!!!! Apart from that - staff are wonderful and food... More

We were taken to this shack late at night by someone who had been the previous year and joseph remembered him. I had the steak pie and it was delicious but we had to share the apple pie and custard because they had run out. he gave us some very informative advice about the dogs and cows and made us... More

Had a hog roast (there were 6 of us) and we couldn't believe that such amazing quality of food could be produced in a beach shack. We had roast potatoes, mash, cauliflower cheese, cabbage, gravy and a whole suckling pig , cooked to perfection with crackling to die for. Added to that we got to watch the sun set which... More

Used this shack every day during our stay, staff friendly and good food, sometimes a bit slow at lunch, but as it was all cooked fresh, worth waiting for, sunday roast one of the best we've tasted, another good point not many Russians used this shack

Spent many days here on the loungers and eating snacks, really enjoyed this part of the beach, also came for sucking pig for 10! Although I don't eat meat there was enough potatoes and veg for me to not feel left out. Every one was really impressed. Will return again to the rovers, many thanks to brilliant staff!

We had a fantastic sunday lunch here although we did wait an hour for it to turn up- but it was worth the wait. They also did a "suckling pig night" but we missed this. We'll be back.

Wow! The waiters were so welcoming as we entered that we forgot the step motherly treatment we got at aggie's.The food was so gorgeous that we made this shack our permanent venue during our two wks. holiday.Worth a visit.I will definitely Recommend.

The beach is spotless and so quiet, and the other visitors to the shack are a great bunch and make you feel so welcome, thanks again Anna, Joseph... More
