They are making a good effort to bring Cajun food and poboys inland. The food was tasty - we ate it all - the Cajun fries were good and the spicy hot damn sauce was good. They are shipping bread in from NOLA, but it is pretty dried out by the time they serve it I think. Good effort though!... More

Nice "secret" find a long way from the coast. As genuine of Cajun food as you'll find outside of Louisiana. Wished I lived here so I could come more often. Always fast and courteous service.

Now this was a good meal, so glad I came here. This is a fun place with great service. I walked in and got seated right away, someone took my order and BAM here's dinner. No wonder this place is a top rated restaurant in Huntsville.

So, on our road trip our mission is to make our one eat-out a day at a local place, avoiding chain restaurants at all possible unless they are particular to the region and unavailable at home. The Po Boy Factory definitely fit the bill. Don't go there expecting fine dining - meals are served with plastic utensils and in/on styrofoam.... More

I was a little skeptical, but I knew my husband would like it so we went. So glad we did! This place is great! The staff could not have been any more friendly. The food was so good! My philly po boy and red beans were unbelievably good. We also tried the bread pudding. It is very strong, but I... More

A lot of fried fish. I do not love this kind of cook, but I recognize the great taste of shrimps... Great choice if you are looking fast meal, healthier than burghers or ribs.

So wonderful to find a place in Alabama that knows how to prepare and cook seafood. First place I've been that actually cleans and de-veins their shrimp. The flavors were good as well and the bread is out of this world good. Oh and did I mention the BEST Bread Pudding EVER! Wow! Don't pass up on dessert here.

For us northerners, this southern style place was unlike the places we typically go to, but it was a great experience, with good food. Very casual, with disposable utensils and plates. Waiter service was good though, and friendly. Was crowded, but no real wait for a table. Would go back again if ever in Huntsville again!

The only thing I liked was the catfish. Slaw was commercial, fries were the standard frozen crinkle cut fried ones, won't go back....ugh....

Not a fancy place. We had sweet tea, fried pickles, fried shrimp and gumbo. It was all hot and delicious. We got there at 5 pm and got seated right away but if you get there at the dinner hour be prepared to wait a while because it's a small place. We found it a little pricey, but the quality... More
