We enjoyed a Sunday lunch here. The spring rolls were prefect and the Pho was excellent. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food. The young staff members took pride in providing friendly and fast service.

The service was good. The prices were reasonable. The food was fabulous. One of the best meals I have had in Huntsville or any other city. Not to compare Vietnamese to Chinese, but it reminded me of just how good a couple of the Chinese places were in Huntsville many, many years ago, before the standard run of the mill buffet... More

Trip Advisor reviews put me onto Viet Huong, and the raves are well deserved . My spouse and I dined there on a cold Saturday night in January, and the great food and friendly wait staff warmed us immensely. Pork spring rolls A11, seafood hot crock C10, and beef vermicelli noodles B9. We requested everything extra spicy, and it was... More

Had lunch with a colleague. We both had one of their fabulous soups (mine was "P2" featuring beef brisket) and it was good as always. It's a toss-up as to whether the crisp item plate (cilantro, bean sprouts, etc.) served with the soup or the broth is more responsible for me craving this food so I'll just have to continue... More

The food is really excellent, our second visit. A Great variety of menu items. It is very popular. I suggest the hot clay pots & all the pho varieties. The only issue for us Monday night was the size of the crowd outnumbered the wait staff. This made for a long interval between our order being taken & it's delivery... More

Very good food and great service. It is packed at lunch (which is a good sign) but they efficiently give you a menu when you walk in the door and take your order which expedites the lunch. Lots of engineers and defense contractors eat here. Just very good food and a interesting change on Chinese food.

We tried out this Vietnamese on a Sunday when everything else was closed. Quaintly surprised! I got a charbroiled chicken fillet, with teriyaki syle veggies served over rice, and it was amazing. Everyone at the table was happy with their food, but they don't serve any liquor whatsoever. Price is great, even the lunch menu.

Viet Huong was the first place I tried Vietnamese fare, and I've been a big fan since that day. Try the pho (soups) and make sure you add the basil, cilantro and lime they bring with it. The bun (rice vermicelli with choices of toppings) is also a great dish. A big local favorite are the "hot clay pots" filled... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I particularly enjoy their soup and fried rice. This is also a great place to go if you are off-cycle (i.e, not at the traditional lunch and dinner times). The food is cooked up fresh, so a late lunch or early dinner is always good. The service is excellent and the people great.

First introduced to Asian cooking by a Korean nighbor in Midland Texas. And Vietnamese by a Vietnamese friend I met in Houston. Our daugher spent a year working in China. We visited and traveled to several different areas, and loved the food. We get very hungry for Asian food, especially Vietnamese. Our son lives in Huntsville and has taken us... More
