I took my husband here as a treat because neither of us had ever been to the melting pot. Our server did a great job of explaining everything and presenting it. However for the food quality and price paid I was not impressed. We tried several things and only one type of steak was actually really good. In my opinion,... More

We usually go for a date in their secluded booths for two and love it. So nice. This last time we went with a group of ten. I wasn't sure how it would go but we had a blast. Took three hours for the for course meal. Each couple had their own pot and we were able to share so... More

Food is just ok. It more of a novelty to try. Dessert was my least favorite part. I don't consider dipping rice crispies in chocolate a treat. The fruit tasted better without the chocolate. It seems others are tiring of this dining concept too as the restaurant was pretty empty on a Friday night.

Having visited the Melting Pot we were used to it being a more adult date spot so the first time we went we left our daughter with a sitter but I was delightfully surprised that this location is far more family focused, so we returned for the night of the tree lighting with our daughter, it was great. The owner... More

Great date night!! Make sure you have plenty of time and are very hungry!! Cheese course and dessert course greatly outshines the entree course, but all in all a very fun experience! Our server Steve was friendly and knowledgeable. Try it at least once!

This was our first and last visit to The Melting Pot. There were literally three couples in the whole restaurant and still the service was slow. The cheese sauce is prepared in front of you, nothing but shredded cheese with beer and garlic powder with raw vegetables and stale bread to dip in. Dinner is meat you boil in broth... More

I visited the melting pot on a Saturday night for a bachelorette party of 7. The restaurant was basically empty, no customers, and it still took forever to get seated and get drinks. We waited so long for our food, only ordered cheese dip and chocolate, when it finally got there we didn't really want it anymore. Good was great,... More

My Husband and I love eating at Melting Pot. The service is always Fantastic. There are several different options that you can choose from. You do not always have to do the 4 course meal if you are looking for a price break. If we choose to eat somewhere else, we typically end up at the Melting Pot for dessert!
