Great Mojito and pan-seared Flounder

We have eaten at the Destin location several times. A great Mojito is hard to come by. We were unable to eat out side, it was too crowded. Server was superb. Food arrived quickly and we were well looked after. I had the pan seared flounder - it was superb. My son had the beef burritos - he thought... read more

Not a good experience for my first visit. It was okay but not my style of mexican food. I am used to other restaurants in the area and even in my home town.

Had an early dinner at 4 pm during shift change. Happy hour pricing on adult beverages, fresh guacamole made table side, two salsas, and excellent entrees. the enchiladas de guacamole were tart on a bed of spinach/red cabbage. The tacos de pesca were well presented and tasty. The excellent service was provided by a nice senorita from Veracruz. Well worth... More

We had been traveling and stopped at a hotel across the street after a long day of driving. I really didn't feel like going out but the front desk recommended this place and I'm glad we went! Food and staff were fantastic. I had the barbacoa tacos and my husband had enchiladas. He's super picky and hard to please, especially... More

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant that I've ever been to! My husband and I just love this place. We live in Atlanta but we find any excuse just to come here to eat. Brunch here is aboustly delicious and with the Mimosa included with your brunch order it is also a great value. This is not your... More

Lunch for two, with house margaritas, guacamole and tip, $76.00. Food was excellent, more upscale than any we've had in this area. Server was excellent, attentive, pleasant and professional. Atmosphere was very good, comfortable, not crowed or rushed.

I've eaten at a lot of Mexican Restaurants in the US and Cantina Laredo is an expensive Mexican chain. The food was not bad, but this isn't the best place in the Huntsville area for a good Mexican dinner. It's basically TexMex and popular in the Dallas area. If you want regular Mexican food, this isn't the place.

We had lunch here with friends and the staff were very attentive, kept bringing extra chips and salsa. The food was excellent and the salsas a step up from the normal Mexican fare. I had the fish which was cooked to perfection. My only negative was that it was a small serving of fish, but it was lunch.

If you want an alternative to Rosies or the like, give this a try. Kind of texmex meets west coast sorts. Food was very good and good selection.

I've missed going to Cantina Laredo for a couple of years and finally managed to try this eaterie for lunch. Took my daughter for a Saturday lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is akin to a Mexican cafe in the better parts of Mexico City, with big windows and sharp, modern lines. The service staff was fast and... More
