We Had an Awesome Waiter

I love Mexican food but not so much the beef at most Mexican restaurants. I love the beef at Cantina Laredo, its tender (I ask mine to be cooked medium rare) and very flavorful. I had the Fajitas Tres, it is chicken and beef fajitas with bacon-wrapped shrimp filled with Monterey jack cheese and... read more

This is a better-than-average Mexican-style restaurant, as a chain. It is designed to move large numbers of people in and out. Service is efficient. Just think Outback but for Mexican food.Quantities are large and tastefully presented.

I am not a Mexican Food fan because I don't like brown sauce and melted cheese dumped on all my food! That said, Cantina Laredo doesn't do that. It was excellent. I had Chiles Relleno and it had Shrimp in it and it wasn't fried. It also looked beautiful. Our waiter was outstanding (sorry don't remember his name). I also... More

I'll get right to the point: water and tea served room temp with no ice, guacamole was boring, all 5 of our meals arrived cold, steaks over done and staff seemed bored. What has happened to this place? Used to be fantastic.

A slightly upscale Mexican fare, executed very well. Their signature guacomole made table side alone is worth eating here. The service is very friendly and unhurried. The portions can be large, but you cannot go wrong enjoying their small eats/appetizers instead. Make sure you have a designated driver. The margarita's are potent and inviting.

Plenty of variety. Well prepared and good portions. Price was very good compared to others in the area. Great service!.

I usually just come here for drinks and appetizers. Their strawberry daiquiris are amazing. They make guacamole for you right at your table. Couldn't be any fresher. And their chili con queso is one of the best I've ever had! I am always craving it!

Enjoyed the margarita made with fresh limes and not a mix. Guacamole made fresh at your table was great and so were the salsas. This restaurant is pricey but worth it.

We have eaten at the Destin location several times. A great Mojito is hard to come by. We were unable to eat out side, it was too crowded. Server was superb. Food arrived quickly and we were well looked after. I had the pan seared flounder - it was superb. My son had the beef burritos - he thought it... More

Not a good experience for my first visit. It was okay but not my style of mexican food. I am used to other restaurants in the area and even in my home town.
