I love this place! I found out about it here recently. There is not a lot of places that sells crawfish besides Joe's crab shack!!! They sell crawfish by the pounds! The prices were awesome! I got 3lbs of crawfish for $20, were I bought 1 lb of crawfish at Joe's crab shack for $17.99. they have everything you can... More

Jubilee Joe's is the best cajun food I have had outside of New Orleans. After one time, you will be hooked! I come once a week (or every other week) because I can't get enough of the food and EXCELLENT service. Eva, our usual server, is the BEST. She always remembers what we like to order and our little extra... More

I gave a "very good" rating because the crawfish were very good. The only thing is, the portions are small and the prices are large. After my son ate his crawfish plate with a side of potatoes $16.00, he had to stop on the way home at Wendy's.

This is a great neighborhood restaurant where they know your name, know your favorite drink & know how long it's been since you last visited. If you stop by, ask for Warren and try the fried green tomatos appetizer - it is fried tomatoes, lump crab meat and homemade Dijon mustard… the crab claws are delightful also!

My family loves Jubilee Joe's shrimp and grits. It is a wonderful appetizer! We also enjoy the shrimp, crab legs, and fried green tomatoes. We've been eating there for years and we've never been let down.

Seafood was nothing more than a thin soup with a few shrimp, no okra or crab or oysters. Shrimp soup. Went to get the dungenese crab which was posted on their FB page. When I FINALLY got waited on, I was never told about the crab being featured or available. Po boy was mediocre at best. Slaw was way too... More

I'm sorry you felt that way about our gumbo sir; we take pride in the quality and taste of all our food. We have shrimp, crab claws, and crab meat in our seafood gumbo, we do not have oysters in there. We cook our gumbo for 19 hours, so that is why you do not see okra in there. I'm... More

I went to dinner with 2 friends and a 4 year for dinner on a week night. I was surprised at the size of the place once we entered, it did not look as large from the outside. The menu was pretty large and it was hard for me to narrow down my meal choice. Among all of us we... More

We tried Jubilee Joe's for the first time today. We got there before the night crowd. The staff was extremely friendly and our waiter was great! The food was scrumptious! My husband and I were very impressed with the food. Would love to know how to get coupons for this place. Definitely a new favorite!

Wanted something quick after golf. Found Jubilee Joe's on mapquest. Great Cajun and Seafood. Had the seafood gumbo. It had the right amount of flavor and spice. The stuffed grouper was out of this world. Enjoy Birmingham.
