Prices were way more ham what was online. Good was over priced and very bland. No seasoning at all. Portion was very small for the price.

If you want good honest seafood and good home town service in GS go here. There is nothing pretentious about the place. If you want table cloths and cloth napkins you need to go elsewhere. However, if you do go elsewhere you will miss some of the best and largest oysters on the half shell in GS and some of... More

First time every being In gulfshores and we were recommended to try this restaurant! it by far has THE BEST gumbo& banana daquri I ever had. I totally enjoyed all my food... I had the bbq shrimp with Caribbean rice and garlic bread... if I had to complain I'd only say the cole slaw was a little bland. But i... More

We ate several times on our last trip here and the food is always good. We have come to know some of the locals that eat here each week. The owner always comes out and talks with customers when we are eating. We have not found anything that was not good. It may not be the biggest and fanciest but... More

I dine at King Neptune on a regular basis for lunch and absolutely love it. Great lunch specials mon-fri, great service always, and just a really comfy little restaurant. It's obvious the ownership cares about their establishment.... It shows! Very popular with the locals for a good reason.

The food USED to be good... Other than the Margarita, it sucked! My husbad's Shrimp Alfredo appeared to be from a can & my Shrimp & Crab Quesadilla had little of either and was swamped in Butter which takes a third to Mayo & Sugar in my disgusting foods list. Disappointed!

I chose this restaurant because my mom wanted some authentic gulf shrimp while we were in Gulf Shores. At first I was nervous because the outside of the building is a little "Mom and Pop-ish" making me wonder if it was more of a hangout, than an actual seafood restaurant. Boy was I wrong! The food was great. Mom ordered... More

We spend two months a year in Orange Beach and have lunch at least once a week at King Neptune's. The menu changes weekly and each one showcases different dishes. When you're a bit older and you have your large meal at lunch time but still don't want to be stuffed, it's the place to go. The portions are smaller... More

Drove up and almost didn't go in! Rather "vintage" looking building. So glad we ventured in! Wonderful service. At our server's suggestion, I ordered the fried shrimp-I don't eat fried foods in general-and it was delicious! Lightly breaded and tender perfectly cooked shrimp. Hubby had the oysters and they were his favorite out of all he tried this trip. Would... More
