The shrimp lovers platter and the crab legs were better than average. They would get a least a 4 star if the "decor" was updated and cleaned up a little. Go for the food and not the ambiance.

Recently visited Gulf Shores, Alabama and had the best fried crab claws every, along with friend green tomatoes and corn fritters. Believe me, I know and have fried crab claws in several states and BY FAR these were the best!!!!! The prices were extremely reasonable also. My friend had coconut shrimp and she said they were the best she'd ever... More

Had dinner here because we wanted fresh fish. We ordered blackened grouper which was very disappointing. Very greasy & the inside was under cooked. When my husband paid the bill the lady took his money & didn't bother to even say thank you. RUDE! Won't be back!

This place is kinda creepy it is so old & decor is very dusty & weird. food was good & service was great. Pasta not good, & old lettuce in our salads, but no other complaints.

One of the best local places and very reasonable. Their bread is oven baked and hot. Great Seafood and vegetables and tea is free with lunch specials.

Upon entering restaurant it smelled musty and damp. We ate upstairs, thank goodness for that. I had coconut shrimp which was good... typical and good. Husband had stuffed shrimp which was also good. I don't think I would go back only because it just looked like it needed a good cleaning.

This quaint establishment has become our first stop when we arrive each year. The food has always been good and the service acceptable, even on busy Friday nights.

The food here is very good, but what it needs is a good cleaning. They may want to think about an update, was very 1980's in the dining area. Service was fine, was very surprised how fast the food was delivered to us. Waitress was very friendly!

First off we heard from a lot of the locals this was the place to go. First appearance is a run down building and outdated establishment inside. It did have a distinct smell too... The service though was phenomenal! Very friendly and professional. The good was great. Fried shrimp was perfect. We also were served fresh bread. Our main courses... More

So don't go to any restaurant in this town on Labor Day. We went Sept 4, 2014. The grouper was as fresh as could be. The mango salsa is a must try. For the best meal, do the Caribbean Sampler! Bread pudding was awesome as well. The wait staff friendly and for once we could take our time not feel... More
