We had a party of 7 with two small kids, we waited about an hour. The service was good, all of the food was great. We had chicken, shrimp, steak, fish and burgers. The waiter showed us how to make our own cocktail sauce, very skeptical about this but it was very good!!! Would highly recommend and will return!!!

We ate at the Original Oyster House on a recent trip to Orange Beach. Our party consisted of my wife and I, our two daughters and two grandchildren, 3 and 15 mos. We met another family there, a husband and wife and two daughters. We arrived about 5:30 and the other family had already put our name on the waiting... More

Always love coming here and the salad bar is a must do. Food is consistently good. I had the crab cakes this time and they were great! The wait can be long for dinner, but there is shopping near and your pager will work in these areas. We found doing a late lunch and then going back to the beach... More

Pricey but good. The fried shrimp & shrimp scampi are very tasty but the flounder was a bit bland. I also had the crab claws....yum! The restaurant is always crowded and loud but the atmosphere is fun. Check this place out!

It's been there "forever" and will probably be there "forever". A great place to eat! Expect a wait for a table, but enjoy the boutiques and shops while you wait. (Go look for alligators in the lagoon.) Have been there many, many times. Always has great fresh seafood.

This place is awesome. It is as consistent as the sun. We had 6 adults, 7 kids with 4 in high chairs. The staff treated us great. The food was great, price is always affordable. It can be a super long wait just like any other place at high season but the shopping and other attractions with ac make it... More

Tasty, unique food at a moderate price. Servers are always great (except one ponytailed guy) and they are always spot on with a refill. Long wait? Yes. Worth it? Definitely.

We always make a point to eat here once while on vacation. There always seems to be a long wait but it's always worth it. Great fresh seafood and service always seems great also.

This restaurant was close by and had neat shops to visit. The food was okay, the service was poor and it was very noisy! Not relaxing

We fortunately arrived around 5pm and had a half hour wait. By the time we were seated the waiting line was out the door and down the porch. Now about the food- delicious. The salad bar was full of great choices, their oysters on the half shell very fresh and delicious. We thought it was neat how you make your... More
