Returned three times to The Steamer and Baked Oyster Bar in Gulf Shores, most recently this weekend. The steamed seafood platter, crab leg clusters, baked oysters and overflowing drinks were all perfect. Sit on the porch. Enjoy the breeze. Bring a large group as they have LARGE tables outside. This is my favorite spot to eat in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Fresh, delicious seafood. Fast, friendly service. The crab was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and the oysters couldn't be beat. This was excellent!

Sat outside for dinner; had a mix of shrimp and lobster tail. My very favorite was the grilled shrimp, very yummy!! Everything else was just about what you'd find at most other places. Service was good and price was about average. Not my GS favorite, by any means, but still a good place to eat.

Many choices of seafood all prepared perfectly. Portions plenty for even the hungry eater at a great price. Our daughter and grand daughter loved the crab legs.

Our family wanted seafood while visiting the beach so we headed to the Steamer! Didn't know what to expect, just a cozy little place with good food. And the price was very competative. Will visit again when in Gulf Shores!

Friendly, fun and enjoyable experience. The food was plentiful and tasted good. Shared the little steamer platter and had the parmesan baked oysters for an appetizer. I can not say enough good things about this place. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The crab legs were amazing, some of the best my husband and I have ever had. The price is also reasonable. We will be back soon.
