Today, we were pretty much ignored and treated rudely here. My husband wanted to be seated, while I was coming in from car and his parents were also walking in from car. He wanted to get started with a cup of coffee. He was told to stay and he would be seated when all were into restaurant, even though there... More

Wonderful breakfast friendly staff, biscuits are great, don't judge cause it's in a strip mall this place has the best home cooked food we have found (just had breakfast)

Had dinner here, great value on the meatloaf and sides as well as the sweet and sour shrimp with sides-- great food at a great price!!! We will be back every time we are in the area.

Home cooking and good service. Get there early for lunch. Outside dining when the weather is right. Fried fish is delicious.

I read the hype and do not understand it. Was I in the wrong place? At 8:20 A.M. on a Friday there were 5 total customers in the entire place. Wife had eggs and cheese grits (no meat) and I had sausage, eggs and potatoes. We both had coffee. Cost $21.43 plus tip. It turns out that they didn't have... More

You may have a little bit of a wait, but the wait is SO worth it. Fresh food, cooked like you were at home. The service was awesome. I had chicken livers, mashed potatoes & Lima beans & they were just like my mom makes them. ENJOYED very much! My husband has the fish taco wraps & he loved them... More

I was a bit skeptical that this little strip shopping center restaurant could boast so much "homemade" food, but I was pleasantly surprised, and in fact, have become a repeat customer. According to the waitress, all except the chicken fried steak is made on premise, so I have stayed away from the Chicken fried steak. The breakfast pork chops (we... More

We come here every year as snowbirds. Have never had a bad meal. Best biscuits in town. You can even find white gravy here....no meat. For a vegetarian it's a plus. Friendly staff and always prompt service. Stop in....give it a try...you'll be back.

The weekend breakfast is always great because you can get the hash brown casserole as a side. The food and service are always wonderful. I would love to say that one item is better than another, but I have yet to have something that I did not love - and we eat there a couple of times of week. In... More
