Great Malts

They have the actual real malts, available in many flavors. This is a fun, cute place, featuring the old ice cream parlor style tables and chairs. They do have a menu with food available also. Coupons are available in a local coupon book put out for that area, for the fall and winter months.

We had really high expectations when we came through the door. We were expecting nostalgia and an old time feel to the place but it was anything but.....another place where you have high school age children making things for you. Absolutely nothing is made from scratch and that's what we were expecting. Another customer actually came up and took my... More

A must see place. Old time soda fountain and decor. A trip to the past. Great service and delicious ice cream creations. Also services lunches but we didn't order that. As you relax in wrought iron chairs an electric train travels around on the track near the ceiling. Try to get there before kids get out of school or you'll... More

We went here twice while on our visit to Orange Beach, Alabama. Nice drive to Foley and so fun to go here. The ice cream was great and such a fun old time atmosphere. Had an old train that ran on a track near the ceiling, old juke box, airplanes hanging from the ceiling, etc. Great selection of ice cream... More

The floats were very good, but were a very small portion. Our glasses were about half full when the foam from the root beer went down. The atmosphere is cool, but the employees are not friendly, and that was disappointing.

I make Stacey's a special stop every year when we visit the Gulf Coast area. I am a child of the 1940's and I have mega fond memories of places like this ... where you can still get a hand-dipped, Hamilton Beach malt (I love peanut butter) with the excess given to you in the malt can so you can... Great, old-fashioned drug store/ice cream parlor. The kids making the sundaes are always super friendly!

My husband and I, along with our 15 year old son and his friend decided to stop in on our way through Foley. We loved the atmosphere and the ice cream was great...the person who took our order, very nice girl with long dark hair. My husband ordered The Gusher. The menu did not indicate if vanilla or chocolate ice... More
