Just wonderful..mouthwatering food..authentic Bengali Cuisine...a bit costly but worth having it...lunch or dinner doesn't matter....

Food is very tasty and healthy. Neat and calm environment. Fish , chicken , prawn, hilsha preparation is really fantastic. Veg dishes too are also less spicy and less oily.

A little little pricey by Kolkata standards, (especially if you compare with other Bong cuisine places) but worth the price. Good food, good service, good ambience. Ideal for those who want a taste of authentic Bengali cuisine.

The place didn't change its name when the city did. This matches with the old-world authenticity that they bring to Bengali food from India and Bangladesh. Ambience excellent!

Nice Bengali food. For a Bengali living abroad, this is the place to go. Try the brunch. Service is slow and expensive for Kolkata people but good for foreigners.
