I was taken here by colleagues at the company I was visiting. They told me it was an excellent example of local cusine and i really enjoyed the meal which was all seafood and vegetarian. Very nice setting with excellent service

Had one meal during a business tour to the city. Loved the Bengali food, the staff was in traditional Bengali dresses. Rates are little on the higher side but food is authentic. Fish wrapped in banana leaf & served mustard sauce was excellent. Every body relished the food & fish in particular.

Had food here with colleagues and though the ambience was authentic the food was highly priced but nothing of an extraordinary taste. Was a little disappointed.

Having visited India many times disappointed by a restaurant that was recommended but it did not live up to expectations. The thali was overpriced and under spiced, in fact just bland. Not worried but advertised as licensed, this wasn't the case and some very odd choice of juices offered.

food is ok but over priced. It may be authentic alright but it too but the thali was too much for a single person and they would not let you share it.

We ordered Shukto, Mochar Ghanta, Postor Bada and Hilsha fish curry in mustard sauce. I still remember the taste. We had late lunch that day , 15th Feb 2014, started at 2pm and we are the last one to leave almost at 4pm.

We had our lunch in this restaurant on 15th Feb 2014. Since my wife is pure vegetarian, we ordered Bengali Shukto, Mochar Ghanto and Barishal Hilsha in mustard curry for myself. Food was superb and our bill was Rs 2100 plus.

Two years ago we had the best meal of our trip at this restaurant. Last night we had one of the worst--and the most expensive. What happened?

The food and service is quite good but not as compared to prices. Just think twice with your pocket before planning a visit. Final comment : Not worth for money.
