Flurys is must if at Park Street

Think of cake and pastry in Kolkata, Flurys is a must. Now it gives the facility to sit and eat for like light lunch and dinner course with its variety of items.

Other than some British Raj ambiance, the food is excellent. The grilled chicken sandwich and the Pineapple pastry is the best one has had for a long time.

The black coffee I ordered was really good but the square cakes are average. I had an excellent lemon tart at their location near National Library's gate no. 5

One of the best places to buy dessert. A wide arrange from mouse to black forest cake and extremely generously priced. By far one of my favorite places to visit.

I understand that Flurys has historical significance but I find most of the food over-rated. Food is decent, nothing to write home about. The desserts from their bakery are not good. Best thing was their cold coffee. Ambiance and service is good. I think most of the craze about is inertia.

Refurbished menu, refurbished decor . . . vintage warmth, vintage charm This prime eatery still retains some of the old world bakery & coffee house charm. Sip a perfectly brewed Darjeeling tea and nibble on freshly baked scones (if you're lucky enough to get them before they vanish at the speed of light) at leisure and no one will disturb... More
