Its a small cafe enroute zoo. Despite of strike tge owner served us. With beautiful view, good food and great host its a recommended place. Nt xpensive..cuisine local flavours, momos, wai wai, aloo parantha etc.

Great service, lovely tea. Good food and excellent music. A little out of the way but worth a visit. Banana porridge was tasty and momo's were good too.

I love the egg sandwich here! They make nice coffee too! They have a great view of the mountains from here.

This is a great place to while away an hour or two. Try the home brew in wooden pot & bamboo straw - delicious! If you can, have a chat with ramu he seems to have a thousand and one mountain tales to tell! One of our highlights for sure.

After visiting the Happy Valley tea estate my partner and I stopped here for some tea. Very relaxing place and great staff. It is nice to recharge and listen to some great music (classic rock) before venturing back up the hill. In fact, we went again the next day after the zoo!

I think much has been covered in the helpful and what now seem vindicated reviews by fellow travelers...Great!! FYI: They do not serve meat-based momos and I wasn't aware of it

Momo served on the table was delicious and the hot tea was a perfect ancillary. I suggest this cafe to all travelers.

You'll definitely find it when you make your way to the zoo and also Mountaineering Institute. When I got there, it was playing classics from Bob Marley and Beatles! So cool.
