Whenever i am in chennai, i do end up here for a meal or two. This time was no exception and they didn't fail to please me. The malaysian items on the menu are well prepared and presented.

One of the best for families to dine. Good food , friendly staff , homely , reasonable , variety of menu to choose. Not to miss in your menu, Seer fish head , Jumbo prawns with shell, and squid. One restaurant not to be missed. We visit on and often and everytime it is same the taste.

You walk in with a lot of expectations but the service and the food sets you back. Not very authentic Malaysian food.More like the the food you get in small indian restaurants in Malaysia.

I'm Indonesian and whenever I'm bored with Indian food, this is the only place to go in Chennai for something similar to Indonesian food. Nasi kandar is quite tasty and offer something different to Indian food, and the fried quail is my favorite. Martabak is just like the one I find at home. The sweet ice tea (Teh O) is... More

Try "nasi campur" which is rice with lot of gravy. Super nice! And all sort of roti. But don't really like the fried stuff eg "mee goreng" and "nasi goreng". Not nice.

Want a decent place to sit down and enjoy some delicious food after a hectic shopping in Pondy Bazar market; nothing can be better than Pelita. Reasonable price, must try the Milesian food here (Non veg better). Casual dining with indoor and outdoor sitting. Considering it is a busy restaurant, food served is pretty fast.

I have never had Malaysian food thus cannot confirm whether the food is authentic Malay or not. However I can confirm that I had a plate of Squid Fried Rice( probably callled Nasi Goreng Sotong) and it was nice. I like experimenting with new food and the Menu card made me target a few more dishes which I would want... More
