Just manages to satisfy.

This is a review on the Royapettah Outlet, Opp. to Satyam Cinemas. It's a decent Chinese pad, nothing extraordinary to write home about. The place is not very huge but the crowd moves fast and hence, one can do without reservation. I have visited this place a number of times and have tasted quite... read more

The expansion seems to have hit the quality, and the prices seems to be on the higher side for the ambience and quality of food.

Good in terms of quality of food. But the quantity is not worth the value of money spent. Everything is good except the price of the food. There are other buffet options available which might workout cheaper, rather than spending this lot of money here.

The very moment they gave me Tofu in place of Paneer, I somehow didn't like them. Their taste is different. Its neither suited to North India taste buds nor shall I say does it fall under category of authentic Chinese food. In fact I couldn't find any taste in the dishes I ordered. And its expensive too. The size of... More

If you are looking for authentic Chinese food then this is not the place .. Just the Indian style Chinese food with good quality. I visited couple of time this place to see at least one item is authentic but every time I get is Indian style of Chinese food with vegetables like carrot , capsicum and cabbage .. No... More

Back in the year 2003, I stayed in Chennai for an year. During that time, Wangs Kitchen was seen as a full fledged restaurant and they did buffets with excellent food. After 11 years when I was back in the city with my wife, I really wanted to have a taste of Wangs Kitchen and also introduce it to my... More

We as a team of four had been to Wangs Kitchen DLF in Chennai today. Our bill was around 1200+ with a bomb of 100+ rupees on service charge itself. Dont understand why this is not mentioned in the menu and left us wondering while we are paying the bill. We ordered food only for two though..The portions were generous.... More

We order from wangs once a week and we never get disappointed but we never get the wow feeling either. It's good food, nothing special, with a great and cheap price. I can only recommend wangs and it is one of these places where you always know what you get.

Even if you are not a big fan of Chinese food, you would enjoy Wang's kitchen's starters such as spring rolls, fried wonton, Tai Pai and Dragon style. Szechwan rice or noodles, hakka noodles and mandarin noodles are a few specialties of this restaurant. Your lunch would be filling with deserts like Choclate fondant and Apple cinnamon pie. Though the... More
