We loved this place. Not only was the room beautiful and the service great, but the food was by far our favorite on our trip around the Golden Triangle. When you eat Indian food for 8 days straight, it's something to renew your love for it at the end of the trip! We tried meals from each menu. We ate... More

They will serve your food on Versace cutlery. You will eat in the very dining room of the Mahraja of a 21 gun salute state. Everybody else in the room will be dressed up and the waiters seem to have been working here for a decade. Trust me, i have never in life felt the need to apply my table... More

My wife, two girls and I enjoyed Sunday lunch here. I've never had better. The Suvarna Mahal has cuisine that represents the best of all regions of India. Our masterful waiter, made perfect recommendations for our family as we love to explore with food, but have little knowledge as to what things are. Presentation is like that unto a head... More

Once the maharaja's throne room, this grand hall has a soaring, frescoed ceiling, tapestry-covered walls, and gold-plated silverware, and a staff eager to elaborate on the history and decoration as well as the menu. Service is impeccable. The specialties are cuisines from the royal kitchens of Hyderabad

Dinner on 13th December 2013 took us to the majestic Taj Rambagh Palace, the palace where Maharani Gayatri Devi resided. As soon as you enter the main gates of the hotel and first set eyes on this Palace it takes your breath away. The sheer grandeur and opulence sends you back to the years when Maharaja’s and Maharani’s across India... More

Frankly speaking, I have had better meals than this, the beauty of the restaurant is well, an altogether different exp. I wouldn't go back, but I would certainly try for an opinion.

I visited the palace as I heard it was beautiful to have dinner and drinks. I was quite disappointed by the service at the palace which seemed to be less than because I was not staying there. The dining establishment quickly informed me there was a 2,500 minimum for non-guests and didn't seem interested in me dining with them -... More
