I have a watery mouth as I write this.We (Wifey, 5 year old and me) ordered Chicken Berry Pulav Mutton Salli Boti Fresh lime sodas Caramel Custard and again Caramel custard :) The restaurant is a old heritage kind of property. It was intriguing to look around , the ceiling etc the wooden furniture. Time seems to have stopped here...... More

This is one of the places that comes to mind when one talks about the Parsi restaurants in Mumbai. The place promotes itself as providing a 'Bombay' experience. The portion sizes are rich as are the prices. While items like Dhansak, Sali Boti etc are good, the place is a bit over-rated.

This is a must visit when one goes to Bombay. The food is doubtlessly excellent and not particularly expensive either. The berry pulavs and the cutlets are a must try. I always make sure I eat here whenever I go to Bombay.

It's my 7th trip to Mumbai since 2007, and I've been to Britannia & Company as many times, including today (7/20/15 around 2:20 pm), but the first time I used their restroom. Behind the dining room, on the other side of the hand sink, past a door, leading through the kitchen, up a couple steps is the bathroom - and... More

What makes a visit to Britannia not just a place for good food but an experience is the Service! It begins with Mr. Kohinoor taking your order, in fact that's the high point as he not only takes your order but also indulges in a conversation. And then the food, it arrives almost as soon as the order is finalised.... More

Leave all the tip top ambience you may find elsewhere and settle for a sumptuous meal. The chicken berry pulav, the mutton sali and the dhansak is just out of this world. While the place is a bit run down its rustic appearance is a treat. Don't miss trying the raspberry soda and the amazing caramel custard too.

If your craving Parsi food & happen to be in the Fort/Vt area then you should head here. Unfortunately this place is only open during the day. closes by 4 p.m.

Many of us might remember this line from the movie "Tehzaab". This is the hotel where that iconic scene was filmed. Being a vegetarian, my choices were limited, but did not notice it with the kind of food being served... Loved the Biryani & Sweet Lime Soda...

I live about 10 minutes away from Britannia and I am writing this review primarily for all those who have not been to Britannia - and are considering eating here. I have eaten at Britannia at least a dozen times and packed up food from here to eat at home at least another dozen times. The title of my review... More
