An easy walk from Colaba and well worth it. Seekh kabob and honey mustard paneer kabobs were show stoppers. Ate at Khyber twice during two week stay in Mumbai. No views like the over hyped roof top places but food speaks for itself.

I have eaten Indian food in many cities round the world (including India) but never as good as experienced on two visits to the Khyber in June 2014. Recommended by a business colleague I enjoyed every moment. On arrival, I advised the maître'd that I wanted him to select for me and he did. Not only did he recommend the... More

The restaurant seems traditional and ethic in ambience as it should. The service style is the age old concept of more the wait staff better the service so right from when you enter there is someone from the team standing there to assist. I liked the fact that one could choose from different seatings options, some more intimate and private... More

We spent three days in Mumbai and two evenings at Khyber as it was recommended by our hotel. The atmosphere is very nice,a bit like eating in a mini Taj Mahal. The menu focuses on a vast range of traditional Indian food. For the first evening in India, especially for Europeans not used to spicy food, it is recommendable to... More

It was my 3rd visit to khyber, Fort. As always the food was very good, tasty. The staff is very helpful, courteous and polite. This time we had two small children along with us in the group and to my surprise the hotel did not have any child seat or even a heighted cushion and to a bigger surprise they... More

delicious starters but poor main course. started with masala papad and tandoori chicken which were better than what i have had anywhere else. then came the chicken tikka masala. last time this was delicious but this time right from the look to the taste, nothing was right about it. i just hope this was an exception and khyber will get... I and my friend were visited Khyber for lunch at rainy saturday, We had enjoyed our food with impromptu service. Hotel is wide and has heritage look with some famous painting . We have ordered tava prawns and butter chicken, which was delicious. If you are seating in upper floor, you might not get mobile network range. overall good experience.
