We went for dinner and ordered Fried Bombay Duck, fried ravas and white pompret curry. All the fish was fresh and tasted simply amazing. It was cooked week and the fried Bombay ducks were very crispy. Worth a visit.

Went at dinner time. They open at 1930. There's no ambience to talk of. Its a no frills eating place like regular eateries in Mumbai. They don't serve any alcoholic beverages. The food is konkani style. Service is quick. Food served piping hot. Tried only seafood as they are known for it. Price reasonable. Around rs.2000 for 3 persons. Down... More

The food was terribly poor, and no taste except that of chillies - toooo spicy. Even a simple thing like kokum or sol kadhi was horrible, and so substandard that it curdled... More

If you are a seafood lover, Saayba in Bandra is THE place to visit. Their fried Bombay Duck (Bombil), fried prawns with Balchawn chutney and crab curry are not to be missed. The service is prompt and the food fresh and piping hot. Also try out the pink Kokum curry drink. Don't go for the ambiance (or lack of) ...... More
