One of the cheaper fish joints in Fountain . Had the prawns sukha. The gravy was not spicy. But very tasty. The size of the paws were excellent. The dal and paratga was also fab.

If you want nice fresh indian seafood, an affordable glass of beer and happy atmosphere - this place is perfect! We regurlarly come here, when I start craving for their amazing butter garlic crab or tawa fried surmai. Great value for money and taste buds;)

Pratap's lunch home provides one of the best varieties of authentic cuisine from around the sub-continent, be it Malvani, Andhra style or just simply the standard Mumbai fare of chicken tikka and biryani. Another thing would be about friendly staff (when they are not over crowded), the in-charge of the restaurant warmly greet you and welcome you inside. The interior... More

Pratap is open until 00.30 am and offers the possibility of a take away. Pratap is just two roads away from the Hotel Residency Fort moving south towards... More

The waiters are not specific about the orders and the food was not good at all, Prawn was too salty and hard. We ordered for Kalimari Masala which... More

Very homely. They display and let you choose your fish. A big plus point, the please does not smell fishy at all. The waiters are very helpful and it feels like home.

We were recommended Pratap Lunch Home by a hotel staff member, who advertised it as a very good eatery attended mostly by the locals. And so it was indeed. We had three dinners at Pratap. Every night, the restaurant was full of people – none were tourists, and most seemed to be regular guests. The service was very efficient, friendly... More
