The best dishes: Fish in mustard curry, Fish wrapped in banana leaf prepared in mustard, Chana Dal, Fish cutlet. Cons: The restaurant is quite small area wise to accomodate many at a time. Plus the interior is not worked upon.

Have been there a fee years back. Not appetizing enough to draw us back. Just regular Bengali food that is more economical than Oh! Calcutta. Very average. Go at own risk!

A small place that serves some amazing food. Recommend the Mochha (Banana flower), Aloo Poshto ( potato with poppy seeds) and off course the fish curry.

Authentic bengali cuisine, priced moderately, small and cozy place. Don't go here for any ambiance, just plain affordable authentic bengali cuisine. Begun bhaja, fish bhaja, chicken jhol, chicken curry, fish chop, mutton kausha, rosagulla payesh, paratha - they are all great. Go for it.

This is a restaurant where the food is the most important thing. Decoration and such frills are not very topmost but the staff are helpful and service is fast. The quality of the fish items are very good.

We frequent this place quiet often infact at least twice a month ,for typical bengali dishes like mocha, shuktho, begoon Bhajia The fish curry is tad oily & most times the fish is over fried guess that's the difference between home food & restaurant .The piece de resistance are the desserts. Service is ok ,ambience is moderate ,

Reasonable price. Good atmosphere. They play good old bengali music and one of their walls is decorated with pictures of veteran actors. I liked the Fish Fry here. They give you a bowl of kasundi (mustered chutney) with it :P
