Where the one in BKC reminds you of Tuscan Countryside, this one reminds you of a French Bistro. 3 cheers for the designer who has invested his soul to design it. Bread Basket that comes complimentary were full of freshly baked breads. Veg Caesar Salad was yum. But that's where our excitement ends. Pan Seared Basa with Balsamic sauce and... More

With some time to spend before our ferry to Mandwa we stopped in for a quick meal. A delightful atmosphere, attentive service and truly delicious salads and bread. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Mumbai!

We visited LPQ on a Saturday morning for breakfast. This was part 1 of what was to be a weekend bachelorette party in Alibaug which is across the harbour. We first ordered our fresh juices - they took 30 minutes to be served. We asked for the famous croissant-french toast but were told its been struck off the menu -... More

A fun place to go for a dinner with the family or with friends. The neat minimalist furniture, the limited menu but each item at its best is the hallmark of the Pain. The dish of the day is always interesting, the soup or even the carrot cake dessert which i tried and loved. It is safer to book a... More

Me and my friend wanted to try out this restaurant given its decent reputation in the realm of 'continental' cuisine. However our overall experience ended up being quite the opposite of what we had expected. The Colaba LPQ is a lot smaller than the Powai one but cosy and comfortable--no complaints there. It was hardly crowded even on a Saturday... More

I have been to Le Pain Quotidien on several business trips to Mumbai and it is my favorite place to escape the craziness in the streets for something sweet and a cup of coffee. The service can be a little slow, and the food and drink don't always come out the way you ordered, but that is a small price... More

Just before the bustling crowds of Gateway of India near the tip of south Mumbai, the spacious restaurant offers a good respite from the heat and noise of Mumbai with lots of good coffee, juice and even food choices.
