Decent Chinese

Nice place to have Chinese in Mumbai, though one will get Indian Chinese and not Chinese Chinese. Service was poor as there were less servers that day

Well Indian Chinese is acceptable but this is way to go in any direction. It is at Juhu and the beach stinks. The restaurant does not but its cuisine is vague.

1330 hours, Nov 26, 2015, Thursday, Juhu: The Prelude: ============================================ Imagine a lazy, insouciant afternoon. When you are in a state of panacea, and care little for the rest of the day. Now imagine a bay view – the Arabian sea. A bay view with a picturesque poolside just within the boundaries. A pool side with dripping babes passing by.... More

Excellent restaurant with great quality food. Service is also exceptional, which includes a greeting from the lovely lady at the front desk of the restaurant.

Assumption is the mother of all screw-ups. Having spent a few great evenings at the Novotel's sea-facing bar we assumed that Sampan being part of the reputed hotel chain would have great food. WRONG. The food was average and the service was atrocious. We had to ask for menu three times before it came to us while we waited for... More

What happens when you go with great expectations? Yes... Disappointment! Today was not my lucky day and neither was it Sampans,we were a group of four and went in for lunch. Got a table by the window but then came the menu! And was it smelling! Called the lady attending us who did not quite agree with our smelling abilities.... More
