The Best South Indian food is served at the Konkan Cafe. Have the Meen Polichathu and the Ramasherry Idlis. No other place serves these idlis. The mutton fry is also fabulous

The food was tasty, service was prompt and efficient. One thing annoyed me: one server had a cough and kept coughing over our food whilst serving it. After a few times I complained and he stopped coughing whilst serving us, but this is not something guests should have to complain about in a hotel that labels itself as "5 star".

Homely ambience and relatively affordable given the status of the restaraunt. Courteous and thoughtful service . The Mutton Sukka and the vegetable stew deserves special mention and the appams are a delight .The prawn gassi Was a disappointment though .Fir a different experience .
