A beautiful landmark slightly away from the city center. It has all the ambience of a palace and is beautifully lit at night. The food served is awesome. The service is professional.

Located inside this 5-star hotel everything about this restaurant is amazing. You get the old world feel going through the beautiful and expansive lobby to the restaurant. The restaurant itself has soaring 30 feet ceiling with stained glass domed skylights. The tables are spread apart for lots of space. We started with the shrimp cocktail, aloo chat and the fruit... OMG, where to start?!? On first impressions this a beautiful setting for fine dining in a maharaja's palace. However this conceals a right royal mess of a restaurant that operates it's own divide and rule policy. If you are staying at the hotel you get to choose from an a la carte menu and get prompt and attentive service. If... More

The palace is huge on a hill top. Beautiful and well maintained. The garden and pool at the back is beautiful. The restaurant is also big.

A great place to step back in time. It feels like the place hasn't changed since it was built in the 1920's. It's really worth a visit to soak up the atmosphere. Second time we have eaten there and the food was excellent. Service very good too - we thought it would be nice to eat outside under the veranda... More

If you enjoy south indian food, that too served in fine silverware in an authentic maharaja style, this is the place to go in Mysore. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

We tried to go inside of the campus. But, security person denied to go inside. They are Rs.1000 per head to go and see the palace. We got fetup.

This is a place of Queen of Mysore like the King of Mysore in the heart of city. This is also worth seeing after seeing the King's palace.

Very Poor service. Food was not at all good. Only the building design is good otherwise not all worth visiting. Sheer waste of time. I had to wait for 15 min to place an order on even though the restaurant was empty. After food I had to wait again 15 minutes so that someone can hand over me the bill... More

I went to Lalit Mahal Palace for the restaurant. Sure, the hotel is an impressive building and all that but the restaurant was horrible. Service was bad. There weren't too many people around but it seemed to be impossible to get someone's attention. The food was mediocre and they got our order wrong. I can assure you that if the... More
