The Orient Express in the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi is a fantastic restaurant! I can honestly say I had one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The service was tremendous and all of the servers were very friendly. The meal began with a nice Prosecco, followed shortly by some breads with pate and herb butter on... More

Food location all good. All time food with evening spent all upto the mark. The Orient Express at the Taj Palace captures the mystique of the legendary train the Orient Express that has been traversing Europe for over a century. Transporting in regal splendor diplomats and duchesses, comment and courtesans, private eyes and spies.

I knew this restaurant was very well rated and went there with my wife, hoping we would not be disappointed. We have not been: the atmosphere is quite special and romantic (you... More

Orient Express is an unique experience and the theme of having meal and drinks on a train boggy. The sea food items are simply superb.

My last dinner in India was the best of my life. This restaurant has a perfect decor, exquisite food and a sublime selection of wines. I' ll never forgive myself for not having a dessert.

The Orient Express is an interesting themed restaurant in a mocked up railway carriage. The decor and fittings are lovely. The food was perfect in all respects with some of the best flavours I've ever experienced in a restaurant. For 10,000 rupees (around US$120) per person, there were three courses with breads, sorbets, champaign and other palate cleansers thrown in.... More
