When it comes to their specialties- burra kebab and ghost currie with the fluffy tandoori roti- this gem of a place is unbeatable. I don't know what these guys put in their food, but it takes me to heaven every time. The phirni is a little disappointing. Very affordable, lots of outlets all over Delhi. Don't need to get to... Travel in time through narrow alleys of Chandni Chowk to this famous restaurant where meat starved people can have a taste of the original kebabs of Delhi. The place is congested and busy and worth a visit if one is not too particular about hygiene but love great food.

I used to love the food here and still do. The only issue with this Karim's is the approach. It's a little claustrophobic getting there but the anticipation of the food makes it an interesting walk in this lane. So Karim's churns out some really great stuff. One being the haleem, which is cooked to precision and the meaty chunks... More

We had cheaper meals in other parts of India. But from my short experience in Delhi, Karim served us a very tasty meal and the price was very reasonable (1300 for 2 people).

The ambiance of the place has to be experienced in person-though the crowds can ba a bit off setting-huge is an understatement, especially at dinner, tables are jam packed and are generally shared. Burrah Kebab(mutton), Nihari and the Ran ( 24 hours notice required)are to die for-except the extra spicy food. Order sweets(desserts) along with the food, to keep the... More

Karim's serve food which is authentic and mouth-watering. The cleanliness is an issue here. Last week when I visited, I saw a baby-cockroach trying to hide itself from human eyes. I immediately mentioned this to the only waiter around. The service is good and the food menu is vast. The place looked deserted @ 8pm, wonder if the foodies arrive... More
