This is one place that needs to be visited every month to fill the tummy to the hilt. They standard Thalis are excellent. The waiter will force you to eat more and will oblige you till you burp to death. The chicken fry made in typical andhra style with curry leaves is excellent. Spice and herbs blend well with the... I have eaten lunch two times at this very famous venue located at the heart of New Delhi.During my first visit we were lucky to get a separate table for our family and there was no waiting time however during my second visit I got a shocker. We had to push others to reach to the cash counter to purchase lunch... Well I was looking forward to eating here because i failed to get a table twice due to the crowd that gathers here. Luckily, one fine day after shopping at Janpath, me and my friend went for an early dinner to AP Bhavan. The food was good but a bit spicy. I think it is over hyped. Well if you... More

I have stayed in Chennai for 2 years and there I used to have food at Andhra mess. Trust me, the taste of food at Andhra Bhavan is 99.99% same as that in Andhra mess. I love their papu dal and rice. Awesome food in economical price. The thali is of 110 Rs. Also, in weekend they serve Biryani for... More

I've been to this place many a times. When you visit you will come to know why people visit here so often an why it is so crowded. I've tried Chicken and Mutton Biriyani and both are equally good. I would recommend you try the prawns curry, chicken curry and fish curry. So cheap and one of the best you... More

If you go for lunch don't get discouraged after seeing the waiting queue. This place gives a glimpse of perfect management. The turnover is so fast and still the service doesn't suffer. The thali is most ordered item and one can order a variety of non-veg dishes as a supplement. The food is good simple fare. It is the best... More

I went to Andhra bhawan a bit early around 12 noon. And was lucking enough to get seat without standing in Q. Ordered Dum Biriyani, chicken fry. Biriyani was a bit more spicy. but I guess it was tolerable. Very well cooked. less oily. Infact not oily as my experience had been with other restaurants. I will recommend for others... More

Andhra Bhavan is an absolute must visit in Delhi. It is a great place for foreign tourists to learn to eat with their hands and experience a classic Indian style cafeteria. The food is clean, cheap, and delicious. Expertly prepared, and you can eat as much as you like, as fast as you like - a wandering eye will bring... More
