I have been here many a times. Whenever my hungry pangs crave for authentic Bengali food, I end up at Oh Calcutta. Genuine taste, vibrant atmosphere, smiling hospitality and value for money. What more can you ask for? Valet parking takes away the additional strain. I visit there and let the stomach rule over the mind.

If you like Bengali food, Oh! Calcutta is the place for you.Centrally located and well connected with a Metro station right next door, this restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The hospitable and courteous staff will help you select the dishes if you need help but do try their Daab Chingri(prawns cooked in tender coconut),boneless Hilsa fish and fluffed up luchis.You... It's located in south Delhi, Nehru Place and is accessible due to its proximity to Nehru place metro station. You can drive into the complex where it is located, and it offers valet parking. So, you can really concentrate on your food, you don't have to think over parking in the crowded Nehru place. It offers buffet and al-a-kart. We... More

We had a decent meal. I had the dried mutton, which was very tasty, with a nice thick spicy gravy, but there were small fragments of bone through it, even after carefully removing the larger bones, which meant I could never really tuck in and enjoy it. My partner had the biriyani which was quite delicate and done well, served... More

I happen to be working in Nehru Place and being there I usually prefer to have my buffet lunch here. The lunch has plethora options to keep my taste buds excited. Well keeping aside the price factor there is no reason I would find lame excuse not to be there. Well if one really wants to be in touch with... More

After eating at the Taj Bengal, I ventured to Oh! Calcutta. The food was great fro someone who had not eaten truly in Calcutta, because the food was no match. However, for the Delhiwallas, it think it a good treat.

So I visited this place for the second time recently. This time, after a trip to Kolkata. Seems pretty authentic to me, My favourites were the steamed bekti in banana leaf with mustard paste and the prawn in coconut cream gravy. Also loved the nibbles they give you before serving the meal. And the mishti doi is heavenly if you've... More

Oh Calcutta has been a very very special Bengali cuisine restaurant. The Hilsa Platters are the best anyone can get here.Starting to write the review brought back memories and saliva flooded my mouth. All items be it in Veg or Non-veg are served here. The prawns here are very good.
