The atmosphere is casual and fun. Partly open air, with a light coverage, amidst trees, the service is sharp and the food is divine. Parking for Rs 75 is steep, but the food is inexpensive and definitely worth a visit. enjoy

One of the best meals we had in Delhi. Interesting menu, try the fried spinach. Service is good, no A/C.

I have visited this place twice. It is fabulous. The ambience is simple and relaxing. It is outdoor seating with a shed for a ceiling. During summer, they have big fans whirring away keeping the heat at bay. One wouldn't expect such a gem tucked away in the premises of a museum (Crafts Museum) The menu is eclectic. Dishes from... This is my fourth visit. Excellent food - keep up the quality. I am sure you would need to add extra covers as the winter sets in:).

We had a very good experience eating out at Cafe Lota. Usually eateries attached to museums in India are unsatisfactory on account of lack of cleanliness and scarcity of food items. But this cafe scores very well on both these counts. It is very clean and the cafe has a good range of meals and snack arrangements. The Parsi Salli... More

The ambiance and setup can be of liking to some and not to some. Depends mostly on the weather. The food has lots to offer from different parts of the country and everything is easy on your stomach , no over powering taste of spices or heaviness due to excess oil/cream. Service can be subjective. One waiter was almost at... More

Actually I am not sure exactly when we went, but it was still quite warm (tables were outside). It is not luxury or anything so don't expect more than necessary but the food is quite unique (at least for me) with names I hadn't heard of before. It was good value for money and overall the feeling of being in... More

Food was excellent with a wide variety of choices. From tapas to currys, from iced lemonade to a selection of local coffees, everything was rather delicious and satisfying. Great service as well, not to mention the location - you can step out directly into the territory of the arts museum, or pick up some souvenirs at the shop right next... More

Its a must visit place for either of the above clientele. For Indian, you can see host of variety from various regions of India. We all have had Idli, sabudana wada, but the preparation and taste here was very different and unique. Two things I didnt like were: Ambience wise it was little warm due to open siting and second...
